A 1 hour 'taster' workshop to introduce you to the principles of writing for wellbeing, a chance to try some gentle writing prompts and time for reflection in a safe, confidential small group (maximum 10 people ).

In this 90 minute workshop, Dr Roshni Beeharry will introduce the concepts of writing for wellbeing (also known as therapeutic writing) using themed prompts to allow exploration and reflection on thoughts and experiences, through writing and shared discussion.
